We're delighted you're considering Salon Inovo for your hair care.

Before your first appointment, we ask all new clients to complete our short consultation form. It gives us your contact details, the service you're interested in and your general availability, allowing us to contact you to arrange your personalised consultation.

Why do we need to meet?

At Salon Inovo, we believe every client deserves our full attention.

Rather than trying to squeeze a consultation into the beginning of a busy appointment, we prefer to meet with you beforehand. This allows us to discuss your hair history, lifestyle, expectations and goals in a relaxed environment, without feeling rushed.

For colour clients, your consultation also includes a professional skin sensitivity test, which must be completed at least 48 hours before your colour appointment in accordance with manufacturer safety recommendations. Please note: Consultations are complementary.

What is the benefit in a consultation?

Your consultation doesn't end when you leave the salon. It gives me time to reflect on everything we've discussed and carefully plan the best approach for your hair. When you return for your appointment, I already have a clear plan in mind, allowing us to focus on creating the beautiful, healthy results you're looking for in a relaxed and unhurried environment.
